Set on a serene two acre landscape in Shahapur, this project was envisioned as a shared retreat for two families seeking a home close to nature. The brief was to create twin villas with a natural, earthy character, complemented by common amenities that encourage moments of gathering while maintaining individual privacy. The design embraces natural finishes, warm materials, and a strong connection with the landscape, allowing the architecture to sit gently within its surroundings. Carefully planned open spaces, shared outdoor amenities, and thoughtfully positioned homes create a balance between community living and personal retreat, shaping a tranquil escape away from the city.
